CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL

Welsh Coastal Staycations is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a guest cancels a booking without giving enough notice, it prevents another guest from being able to book. For this reason, Welsh Coastal Staycations has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2. FULL PAYMENTY

Your booking is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be made direct through bank transfer.We do not reserve a booking without payment.A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund.If you cancel after that, no refund will be issued. Cancellation requests may be submitted by email. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. 4. MODIFY A RESERVATION

Sometimes, guests need a little flexibility. If they want to alter a confirmed reservation (e.g. add or subtract nights, choose different dates, add or remove guests), please email us with the request at hello@welshcoastalstaycations.co.uk, we will try our best to accommodate any changes however sometimes it is not possible if the dates are unavailable.
